My name is Louise and I come from South Shields. I am 18 and attend lots of courses, including courses by Lobster who are brilliant and have helped me learn about work and what it's all about. Lobster put fun into work... I can not thank them enough for the work they have done for me.
My name is Amirul and I was born in Huddersfield. I have been training with Lobster and it has improved my attitude to the world of work. They prepared me for interviews and now I've got an apprenticeship! Lobster are good. I really enjoyed working with them and I'm sure they enjoyed working with me
as well!

Interactive drama with actors performing
pre-written material or role playing is a powerful way of
getting a message across or achieving learning outcomes. Self
esteem, basic and communication skills are also enhanced by
interactive drama.
Sessions designed by Lobster Productions
are done so after consultation with customers and acknowledged
experts in their fields. Whether these are with disaffected
youth or highly qualified and motivated staff the emphasis
is on enjoyment and relevance.
Interactive drama with young people
Our policy is to employ exciting young
talent that worked hard to get off the streets and into professional
acting. Material for drama and role play can be created using
the words and ideas of the client group. They in turn find
this rewarding and relevant.
Staff
development for providers
We use experienced professionals practitioners
for designing and facilitating staff development - working
alongside professional actors to provide stimulus for discussion,
group work or one to one coaching.
Funding?
Assessment of learning or awareness is
a key feature of our work. We do not believe that a session
is successful unless we can measure an effect. This means
that client groups have proof of involvement and learning
- often to claim funding from external bodies such as the
LSC.
Learning
materials
Lobster Productions custom design learning
materials and assessment tools for the client. Handouts and
scripts etc. can be used later by trainers to further develop
the work initiated in interactive sessions.
