Dr Mel Walsh BA hons, MA. Dip Ed,
C. Psychol has lectured and assessed in Education &
Training for more then 40 years in subjects ranging
from Engineering to German Language and from Psychology
to teacher training.

Mel's main research area deals with
psychological factors affecting work performance. He
is recognised nationally as an expert in appraisal systems
and practise.
He is licensed to administer, assess
and evaluate a range of occupational tests that can
objectively profile prospective or existing employees,
including psychometric testing.
