Hightown Housing Association

A case study

We regularly create videos for Hightown Housing Association (HHA). This video was part of an awareness campaign about the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the neighbourhood.

This community awareness campaign video was produced to inform residents about the presence and responsibilities of the ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Officer.

The project required a clear, engaging and professional approach to campaign video production, combining interview-led storytelling, motion graphics and documentary-style visuals. Final deliverables were optimised for YouTube and social media platforms to maximise reach and accessibility.

Objective

The goal was to create an informative public sector video production that:

  • Raises awareness of the ASB Officer’s role

  • Explains responsibilities in a clear and accessible way

  • Strengthens trust between the ASB officers and the local community

  • Performs effectively across digital and social media channels

Challenges

Weather-Dependent Filming
Outdoor filming was essential to showcase the ASB Officer at work. With rain forecasted, production planning required flexibility and a contingency strategy to avoid disruption.

Tight Turnaround Deadline
A fast delivery schedule required efficient filming, streamlined editing and clear communication to meet the campaign launch date.

Balancing Information with Engagement
The video needed to remain informative and authoritative while maintaining visual interest for online audiences.

Approach

Following a detailed discovery call, a structured shot list and production schedule were developed. Planning accounted for both indoor interviews and outdoor working footage, with backup options prepared in case of weather limitations.
Filming was completed efficiently, capturing all required content without delay.

Post-production included:

  • Structured interview editing for clarity

  • Branded motion graphics to reinforce key messaging

  • Clean, professional visual styling

  • Platform-specific formatting for YouTube and social media

Organised workflow and clear client communication ensured a smooth feedback process and on-time delivery.

Results

  • All indoor and outdoor footage captured successfully

  • Professional campaign video delivered within deadline

  • Multiple digital-ready exports for social media distribution

  • Strong visual representation of the ASB Officer’s role

  • The final video supported the wider community awareness campaign and enhanced public understanding of council services.

Why This Matters

Effective corporate videography and public sector video production requires strategic planning, adaptability and efficient execution.

This project demonstrates the ability to:

  • Deliver high-quality campaign video production under time constraints

  • Manage weather-dependent filming with contingency planning

  • Produce engaging social media video content for community initiatives

  • Execute streamlined post-production with fast turnaround

For organisations seeking professional videography that communicates clearly and delivers on schedule, this case study reflects a structured and results-driven approach.

"Working with Lobke is always a pleasure. For the ASB video, she not only delivered exactly what we outlined in the brief, but elevated the entire project with an added layer of professionalism and polish. Her attention to detail, creative insight, and seamless execution meant the final result didn’t just meet our expectations — it exceeded them."
