Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Please get in touch for any cancellations or rescheduling your appointment via: Lobsterproductions@outlook.com You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before your booking and your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit is non-refundable. No-shows will also result in the deposit being forfeited. This helps us keep sessions fair and available for everyone during the busy festive season.
